New modified Marlin firmware for Rostock without bottom endstops
- Works with latest Arduino 1.0.1 compiler.
- Added comments to explain the DELTA_* settings in Marlin.pde.
- Bottom endstops are no longer needed or supported.
- Auto PID tuning for hotend.
- Many other improvements from the official Marlin branch.
